It's bad enough when something goes wrong and you have to get it fixed.  You shouldn't have to put up with additional hassles and bad service, so we promised that if something goes wrong, you'll be given the best of care.  This means:

  • You won't have to call an 0800 number or call centre.  You will deal with real people, and the same people, every time.
  • You will deal with the people who are actually fixing your problem.
  • You won't be given the run around, and we'll keep you updated as to the status of your warranty repair.
  • You will always get a full explanation of what went wrong and what was done to fix it.

 

Product Warranty

You will receive a minimum 12 Month Return to Base Warranty on all your purchases at Compulink.

This means that if any of your purchases breaks within the first 12 months, simply bring it back to us, and we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge.

Compulink Computer Systems Warranty

You will recieve a full 2 Year Return to Base Warranty on your Compulink Computer System.

So if we build you a computer and something breaks within the first two years, simply bring it back to us, and we'll fix it for you, free of charge.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All your purchases are also covered by the manufacturer's warrranty.

Quite often the manufacturer's warranty will be more than 12 months.

Just ask us when you are looking at a product, and we'll be able to let you know.
