What is an upgrade?

An upgrade is where we take your old, slow, tired, or just underperforming computer, and bring it back up to the standard you need.

This can range from replacing one or two parts, right through to completely replacing the hardware (while keeping all your software and data intact!)

Why are upgrades good for you?

• It extends the life of your computer

• Its a cost effective alternative to purchasing a new computer

• You don't have to reinstall any of your software on a new computer

• You don't lose any of your data

How does it work?

1. Bring us your old computer. We'll then ask you some questions about what you currently use your computer for, and what your computer is like when you are using it.

2. We'll then open up the computer and have a look inside. This will tell us what hardware we can replace. We'll discuss the options available with you, and provide you with the specification details.

3. Once you give us the go ahead, we'll then take your old computer parts out and replace them with the new ones. (This will normally take 1-2 days). We'll give you a call and let you know when its all ready to pick up.
