Repairs
We are fully trained and equipped to perform repairs on IT products. Aaron and Edward have 20 years experience between them, so you know they have fixed a lot of computers and know their stuff.
What can we fix?

Strange clunking, whirring, grinding, rattling or beeping noises

Teenage children who have gotten on your computer and you can't figure out what they've done, but it no longer works the same
What can't we fix?
Unfortunately we can't fix the following:
Computers that have been set on fire.
Laptops that have been runover
Small devices that have gone swimming in your morning coffee
Any IT equipment that has been thrown out of a window
It happens more frequently than you'd think. However, we can help with insurance inspections and claims, and you never know, we may be able to fix it, or maybe recover the data. So bring it in anyway (at least you'll get a sympathetic ear and some funny stories).
How does it work?
1. Bring us your faulty computer (or laptop/printer/router/etc). We'll then ask you some questions about what is going wrong. Once we've got a good idea of what going on, we'll send you home.
2. Your computer then goes out the back to our repairs bench, where Edward or Aaron will do some work on it to figure out exactly what is wrong.
3. We'll then give you a call and let you know what the options are for fixing it, how much its going to cost, and how long its going to take.
We won't fix it without telling you first so:
- You can decide what option you'd like us to do to fix it
- You'll know in advance how much it will cost
4. Once you've given us the go ahead, Edward or Aaron will work their magic, and you'll get a call letting you know its ready for pickup.
