  • Your computer won't be fixed until you know how much it will cost, and you have told us that it is okay to go ahead

  • You'll be told exactly what went wrong with your computer, and what was done to fix it.

 

Your repairs team (Edward and Aaron) have over 20 years experience between them, so you'll benefit from their knowledge (there isn't much they haven't fixed before).

Bring us your computer (or laptop/printer/router etc), and give us a run down of what's going on.

Once we know what's wrong with it, we will give you a call and let you know:

  • What's wrong with it
  • What you options are for fixing it
  • How much it will cost to fix it

Once you've given us the go ahead, we'll get it all fixed up and give you a call when its ready to pick up
