The email address being of vital importance if you want the newsletter

We do not hold any credit card details.  All credit card process is hosted through an independent DPS payment site.

Use of Personal Information

We will store your personal information for three reasons:

  1. You don't have to enter your personal information each time you wish to make a purchase on our website
  2. We can inform you of updated products, services and information through our newsletter
  3. We can let you know of commercially relevant business information (e.g.  if our phone number changes)

  • When required to comply with a legal process served on Compulink
  • When we are required to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of  our customers or members of the public

(Translation:  Lawyers and Judges can make us give them your personal details, but only if they have the required legal documents.  Ambulance Officers and Police Officers may be given your contact details, but only if it is a matter of public safety.)

Control of your Personal Information

If you hold an account on the website, then you can update your personal information by logging in and going to the My Account page.

If you are a retail customer and you wish to update your details, contact one of our staff, and they'll update your details in our system.

We periodically send an email newsletter about IT information, new products, promotions or special customer offers.  If you don't want to receive them, click the unsubscribe link contained in the email, or contact us and let us know.
